Contact us to schedule a complimentary site visit. Our preliminary design & proposal is provided with no obligation or fee.
Review a comprehensive outline of your project, detailing all aspects. You’ll have the opportunity to choose from various options and exclusions, with each category clearly broken down to facilitate easy adjustments. Final project budget will be determined once all selections are made.
Once your preferences are finalized, the outline becomes a concise one-page agreement, ready for your approval.
We can assist & coordinate the entire HOA approval process for you. Jeff will prepare and submit a complete package to ensure your project meets all requirements for fast approval.
We’ll schedule the start of your project promptly. An initial progress payment is due within seven days of commencement. Payments are phased bi-monthly, with the final balance due upon completion.
1 Year Unconditional Warranty on all materials & Labor (Some Landscaping materials are warrantied for from 10 years to a Lifetime).

Meet THE Owner
The journey of Jeff Lee Landscaping began back in 1979. Fresh out of High School I thought that being a union plumber like my uncle and cousin would be a nice career choice. So being the all-knowing guy that I was at 19 years old, I proceeded to reach out to ‘Sprinkler Companies’ for which to apply for a job. Behold! I landed my first adventure in landscaping and needless to say it had NOTHING to do with being a union plumber! After spending the first part of my 44-plus year career being an irrigation technician, I then spent time working in the landscape maintenance industry learning how to maintain & preserve large residential & commercial properties. The next step of progression took me into landscape sales & design for a larger landscape contracting firm. I worked my way up the ladder to become the Manager/Vice President of one of that firm’s divisions here in Las Vegas in the late 1980s. Now that I have gone full circle with experience in every aspect of Landscape Design, Construction, and Preservation, I felt it was time to begin the new exciting, challenging adventure of owning and operating my own Landscaping Construction Company.
