Is there a fee for the Design & Build Service?

No fee or obligation for preliminary design with specifications. No fee or obligation for preliminary materials, equipment, and labor quotes.

Is there a fee for the 'Design Only' service?

Depending on the size & scope of the project, Jeff Lee Landscaping charges a nominal fee for project-specific design & specifications. In the event you were to choose 'Jeff Lee Landscaping' to build your project, we apply that design fee towards the build cost.

How long will it take to see the preliminary design concept?

Depending on the size & scope of the project, site measurement, and design creation takes approx. 15 days.

How long will it take to get a written quote for our project?

Depending on how many 'modifications' are requested on the preliminary plans, written materials, equipment, and labor quotes take approx. 5 days.

How long does it take to get our project started?

Depending on the size & scope of the project, and considering that the HOA/ARC/DRB submittals have been approved, we normally schedule to get started within 2-3 weeks from proposal approval.

How long does it take to complete our project?

Many factors can determine the answer to this important question. The size & scope of the project is the most important factor relating to completion time. Jeff Lee Landscaping makes an effort to shorten the length of time your project is 'under construction by superior project planning. Once you have decided to use 'Jeff Lee Landscaping' we will evaluate your project and inform you of the approx. project length based on various factors such as weather conditions, materials' availability, equipment & crew mobilization, etc.

How long is our Landscaping warranted?

One-year unconditional materials & labor warranty.

Do you do weekly or monthly landscape maintenance services?

No, we do not provide regular landscape maintenance services. However, we can provide consultations for maintenance, preservation, and landscaping improvement service recommendations. Such as pruning & trimming, nutrients & fertilization, water-conserving irrigation scheduling, low voltage lighting maintenance, etc.
