Project Specific Proposal
Review a comprehensive outline of your project, detailing all aspects. You’ll have the opportunity to choose from various options and exclusions, with each category clearly broken down to facilitate easy adjustments. Final pricing will be determined once all selections are made.

Agreement
Once your preferences are finalized, the outline becomes a concise one-page agreement, ready for your approval.

HOA Approval
We can assist the entire HOA approval process for you. Jeff will prepare and submit a complete package to ensure your project meets all requirements for fast approval.
05.
Project Scheduling
We’ll schedule the start of your project promptly. An initial progress payment is due within seven days of commencement. Depending on the size of each project, progress payments are due as each phase of the project gets completed with the final balance of the project due upon completion and customer final approval.
